Getting started

How long does setup take?+

Most accounts are fully configured and live within 48 hours of signup.

Do I need technical skills?+

None at all. We handle 100% of the technical setup for you.

What information do I need to provide?+

A short form covering your business name, hours, services, pricing, and a few FAQ answers. Takes about 10 minutes.

How does the 48-hour setup work?+

After you complete the intake form, our team configures your AI receptionist, automations, and dashboard. We email you when it's live and ready to test.

What does the AI say when it answers?+

It greets callers with your business name in a friendly, professional tone — e.g. 'Hi, thanks for calling Bark & Bubbles, how can I help?'

Can I customize what the AI says?+

Yes — you control the greeting, services list, pricing answers, and FAQ responses.

What happens if the AI can't answer a question?+

It politely takes a message, captures the caller's info, and texts you a summary so you can follow up personally.

Will my clients know it's AI?+

Most clients simply experience a great customer service interaction. The AI sounds warm and natural — not robotic.

What languages does it support?+

Currently English. More languages are on the roadmap.

How does the missed call text-back work?+

If any call goes unanswered, WagDesk automatically texts the caller within 2 minutes with a friendly note offering to help — keeping the booking alive.

How does the review automation work?+

After every completed appointment, WagDesk sends a one-tap text link asking the client for a Google review.

What is a reactivation campaign?+

When a past client hasn't booked in 6–8 weeks, WagDesk automatically reaches out with a friendly reminder — recovering revenue you'd otherwise lose.

How do appointment reminders work?+

Each client gets two reminders: one 24 hours before and one 2 hours before. They can confirm or reschedule with a tap.

When does my free trial end?+

30 days after signup. We email you 7 days before so you can decide to continue or cancel.

How do I cancel?+

One click from your dashboard. No phone calls, no scripts.

Is there a setup fee?+

No. Setup is always included free.

Can I switch plans?+

Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. Changes are prorated.

What payment methods do you accept?+

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover).

Can I update my business information?+

Yes — anytime from your dashboard. Changes to greetings and FAQs take effect within an hour.

What if I need help?+

Email support is included on every plan; Growth includes priority support.
